From Man's Rib.

Why did God create Woman from Man’s rib, when He could have simply created her from dust, as He did Man? This is a brief description that puts a beautiful touch on the reasoning:

“When I created the heavens and the earth, I spoke them into being. When I created man, I formed him from the dust of the Earth and breathed life into his nostrils. But you, woman, I fashioned after I breathed the breath of life into man because your nostrils are too delicate. I allowed a deep sleep to come over him so I could patiently and perfectly fashion you. Man was put to sleep so that he could not interfere with the creativity. From one bone I fashioned you. I chose the bone that protects man’s life. I chose the rib, which protects his heart and lungs and supports him, as you are meant to do.”

“Around this one bone I shaped you. I modeled you. I created you perfectly and beautifully. Your characteristics are as the rib, strong yet delicate and fragile. You provide protection for the most delicate organ in man, his heart. His heart is the center of his being; his lungs hold the breath of life. The rib cage will allow itself to be broken before it will allow damage to the heart. Support man as the rib cage supports the body.”

Narrated Abu Huraira (r) Allah's Apostle (s) said: "Treat women nicely, for a woman is created from a rib, and the most curved portion of the rib is its upper portion, so, if you should try to straighten it, it will break; but if you leave it as it is, it will remain crooked. So treat women nicely." (Volume 4, Book 55, Number 548: Bukhari) This hadeeth does not literally mean that women are crooked or evil by nature. What it means is that women are delicate and should be treated gently and with care. Furthermore, it has been explained that the breakage of the rib in case one tries to straighten it, stands for divorce which is the natural results of disagreement between the wife and her husband.

Model Of Modesty!

There are 60 branches of faith and modesty is one of them.

Narrated by Abu Huraira (ra): The Prophet said, “Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya is a part of faith.” (Bukhari)

“Every religion has a distinct call. For Islam it is Haya’.” [Ibn Majah].

Haya itself is derived from the word hayat which means life. This term covers a wide number of concepts. In English, it may be translated as modesty, shyness, self-respect, bashfulness, shame, honour, humility, etc.

Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) narrated that the Prophet (saw) said: “Indeed haya (modesty) and Iman are Companions. When one of them is lifted, the other leaves as well.” (Baihaqi)

Haya and Iman are interdependent; therefore either they both exist together or they both perish. Thus, the Prophet (saws) has said in one hadith, "When there is no haya left, then do as you please."

Asking whether modesty is greater or lesser than faith, is like asking someone: Are you the son of your father first or your mother first? Naturally of both first, a wise child may reply.

Faith and modesty are intertwined together, one cannot seperate, but if one tries to, he/she will end up loosing both. A woman is no woman without modesty and a Muslim woman is no woman without faith and modesty.

Those who say that they can be good muslima's even, without wearing  hijab ...they should think twice before they speak from now onwards because they are directly/indirectly insulting the  Ummahatul Mumeneen and all the sahabiyath( may Allah be pleased with them) who practised hijab perfectly in all spheres of life so much so that they wished there coffins to be carried to grave during night time.

I read that Hazrat Faitmah(r) said that the best thing for a muslim woman is that she see no man(non-mahrams) and no man see her except her mahrams.

Faith cannot remain pure when modesty is adulterated or polluted. Modesty by itself is  both character and a intrinsic part of faith.

All those  pervert politicians, corrupted feminists who bark like mad dogs saying 'She(Muslim woman) can be good and beautiful even without covering herself, are indirectly saying that nudity and nakedness is not of body but of heart. They destroyed thier daughters and dont want to spare ours.

Indeed its the nature of animals to be so(naked) and not of human beings.

To sum up, modesty is such a child of her mother (faith) that if she (faith) becomes weak or sick, her child (modesty) too becomes weak and sick and the child(modesty) cannot live without her mother(faith). When she dies(leaves) her child too will.~Hamid

P.s: I didn't intend to insult or hurt anyone. But If truth hurt's someone ,then Im not responsible for it.

Everyone who takes a wife.

Once people insisted upon a man to take a wife. He did not agree and began to weep much. They said, “Why should you weep? If you do not want a wife, just say so? He replied, “What made me weep is another thing. I have not yet taken a wife. I must first carry my own load to destination to make myself worthy of Paradise. If I take a wife then it will be upon me to save that lady also from hell. I am myself yet not fortunate enough to pass through the Sirat Bridge how shall I make my wife worthy of Paradise!” Everyone who takes a wife takes upon himself a huge responsibility as the Holy Qur’an says: O men! Save yourself and your family from hellfire.

You cannot talk only about yourself. If you have a wife, it is obligatory for you to hold her hand to take her away from hell as you are the head of the family. Another responsibility imposed by Qur’an is to live nicely with her. Whatever excessive faultfinding, you are doing with your wives is all against the teachings of Islam. The load of responsibilities on man is indeed heavy.

When Allah knows you are ready for the responsibility of commitment, he will reveal the right person under the right circumstances.wait patiently.Don't unnecessarily waste your time searching and wishing.Grow and be ready and you will see Allah (swt) will give you a love story far better that you could ever dream of.

You know what would  be amazing?

To get to the point where you love Allah(swt) so much that you accept everything that happens without question, without feelings of loss or negativity because you love him so incredibly, that no lame emotion could possible come between that. But it takes a lot to get there and most people never fully do.You need the bad to appreciate the good.

A Wise Wife.

Abu Sa'id  related that in the time of the Children of Israel there was a good man who had a pious, judicious and tactful wife. An inspiration came down to the Prophet of the Age saying, 'Inform that good man that We have predestined him to spend one half of his life in poverty and one half in wealth. Let him choose now whether the poverty shall be during his youth or during his old age.' The young man on hearing this went to his wife and said, 'O wife, this is the command which has come down from God on High. How do you suggest that I choose?' 'What is your choice?' she asked. 'Come,' he replied, 'let us choose the poverty during our youth, so that when hardship comes we may have strength to endure it.(Moreover), when we grow old we shall need something to eat if we are to be free from cares and capable of properly obeying (God's commands).' Thereupon his wife said, 'O husband, if we are poor during our youth, we shall be unable to obey God's (commands) properly then; and thereafter, when we shall have thrown to the winds the prime of our life and grown weak, how shall we perform the duties involved in obeying (God)? Let us therefore choose the wealth now, so that we may during our youth have strength both to obey God's commands and to practise charity.' 'Your opinion is the right one', said the husband; 'let us act accordingly.' Then (another) inspiration came down to the Prophet of the Age, (and the message for that man and his wife was this): 'Now that you are striving to obey Us and that your intention is good, I who am the Sustainer of all life will cause you to pass (straight) to wealth. Continue striving to obey My commands, and of whatever I give you give part for alms so that both this world and the next may be yours.'

A good helpmate will do (you) good in this world's and the next world's affairs alike.

Guard your Gaze.

This inspirational story was originally translated from Arabic to English by brother Mohsin khan and I'm posting it here for my readers with slight modifications.

A story of a young man from Morocco, who was very poor, 25 years old went to America for job and became a Millionaire overnight. Did he gamble or something?
No, he didn’t. What happened then? SubhanAllah, one day he was in an elevator in one of the sky scrapers, And Allah destined that the elevators have many people in it.They started to go off one by one till it was only him in the elevator with a very beautiful American Girl for many floots. The young kept staring at the floor of the elevator. SubhanAllah. It was him and her alone but he didn't look at her even once. The girl was afraid of  assault that she might get, but he didn't even look at her, and she was watching his moves and how he didn't look towards her, and she was confused and amazed.

Now the floor where the young man was supposed to get off at, came and he got off. she went after him and stopped him, She asked him,"Am i not beautiful?" he said, " I don't know!! I haven't looked at you.""She said, "Why? Why didn't you look at me?! Am i not beautiful??" He said, My religion forbids me from that." SubhanAllah. She asked him, "Why didn't you try assult me? By a kiss or even Rape me? May Allah save us all. He said "No, I seek refuge with Allah, I fear Allah", She asked, "Where is Allah that you fear this much? Then he started telling her few words about Islam. She said,"your religion, which forbids you from even looking at me, can never let you commit an action that might include any color of Harm". He said, Yes and made it clear for her, she then asked "would you accept to marry me"? He said,"Iam a Muslim, whats your religion. She said, "I am not a Muslim. He said," it’s not allowed. She said, Then I shall enter to your religion, will you marry me then."? He said, Yes. She said, What shall I do ?" He said, "Do so and so". Allah made him a reason for her to enter into Islam, only by lowering his Gaze. She married him and gave him all of her wealth that she had inherited  from her parents.

And so Allah said the truth in the Quran: "And for those who fear Allah, he (Allah) prepares a way out for him, and he provides for him from ( sources), he never could imagine...
(Qur'an3 65:2-3)

O Allah! Guide us and our eyes too, to see what is permissible so that our hearts taste the sweetness of faith.

A Pious Student.

The following incident quoted by Maulana Siddique Ahmed Saheb, illustrates how a student of Deen rectified his evil thoughts.

It is been narrated that a student was studying in the city of Delhi. This student lived in a masjid. In that locality, a young lady was on her way to visit some of her relatives when, incidentally, a riot broke out. The young lady could not find any place of refuge except this masjid. The night had already set in. When the student saw this young lady he excused himself and ordered her to leave the masjid. He told her: "It is not appropriate for you to remain here because if the local people see you here then this will be a cause for my disgrace. They will remove me from the masjid and this will cause harm to my studies.

The young lady explaining her condition said: "A riot has broken out in the locality and if I leave the masjid I fear that I would be dishonoured." The student kept quiet and asked her to sit in one corner. Thereafter the student returned to his room and engaged himself in studying the whole night. While studying he continuously placed his finger tip on the flame of his lamp. The young lady carefully observed this. At the break of dawn the student told the young lady: "The riot has subsided and the road is safe. Let me take you to your home."

The young lady said: "I will not return home until you reveal to me the secret for repeatedly placing your finger tip on the flame of your lamp." The student said: "You should not concern yourself with that." Nevertheless, the young lady persisted with her request. The student finally said: "Shaytaan repeatedly whispered into my heart and encouraged me to do evil with you. Hence I placed my finger tip on the flame and addressed myself thus: When you cannot bear the heat of the fire of this world then how will you ever bear the painful fire of Jahannum. Allah, through His Grace, protected me." Hearing this the young lady returned to her home.

She was the daughter of a wealthy person and she was about to be engaged to the son of another wealthy person. After this incident she refused the proposal and said: "I desire to marry a certain student who lives in such and such a masjid." Her parents and relatives tried to convince her and many began entertaining bad thoughts about her. When she observed this she explained to them the whole incident and said: "I will only marry him because he has the fear of Allah in his heart and whoever fears Allah cannot cause harm to anyone." Finally, she was married to that student and he became very wealthy.

Nothing is wrong with this marriage.

There was a beautiful woman, who wanted to get married, but she wanted a very pious husband, so she said that she’ll marry the man who recites the whole Quran every single day, fasts for the whole year and stays awake and worships Allah all throughout the night.
She was a very beautiful woman, and a lot of suitors wanted to marry her, but they knew they couldn’t fulfil the conditions she set. Until this one man stepped forward and said he could fulfil them. So the Imam got both of them married.

After the first night of the marriage, the wife sees that the husband doesn’t recite the whole of the Qur'an, nor does he fast, nor does he stay awake in the worship of Allah, she decided to let it roll on for a few weeks to see if there were any changes, there weren’t, so she filed a complaint and asked for a divorce.

They are both taken in front of the judge, and the judge asked, ‘What were the conditions of the marriage?’ the man replied ‘They were for me to recite the whole Quran daily, keep fast for the whole year and to worship Allah all throughout the night.’
The Judge asked, ‘ did you fulfil them? The man calmly answered, ‘…yes.’
The judge answers, ‘you lie, your wife has said that you don’t, that’s why she’s asking for a divorce’.But the man insisted that he had fulfilled the conditions, so the judge asked, ‘did you recite the full Quran everyday?’ The man answered yes. The Judge, baffled and asked, ‘how? How can you do that?’ The man coolly answered, ‘I recite Surah Ikhlas three times a day and according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), reciting Surah Ikhlas three times is equivalent to reciting the whole Quran.’ The Judge was intrigued, so he asked, ‘how did you fast the whole year?’ The man answered, ‘ I fasted for the whole month of Ramadan, then kept another six fasts in the month of Shawwal, according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), keeping all of the fast of Ramadan then keeping six fasts in the month of Shawwal, is as if you have fasted for the whole year.’The Judge remained silent, he couldn’t give a reply saying the man was wrong, so finally he asked, ‘ how did you stay awake all night and worship Allah, when your wife saw you sleeping?’ The Judge thought the man wouldn’t be able to answer this one, but the man, cool as a cucumber answered, ‘I prayed Salatul Isha with jamaat, then the next day prayed Salatul Fajr with jamaat, according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), the one who prays Salatul Isha and Salatul Fajr with jamaat, it is as if he had stayed up all night worshipping Allah.’

The Judge sat there looking at the man; the final verdict was about to be released…
He said to the man and his wife, ‘…go, just go, there is nothing wrong with this marriage’.

A Couple's Conversation.

Presenting here a simple conversation of a muslim couple which never took place in reality but just in an imaginary world.

Its funny but creative, small but sweet and, simple but helpful. Indeed each expression leaves an impression. If you have it (love) you don't need anything else and if you don't have it (love) it doesn't matter much what else you have (money, building, car etc) ~Hamid

MH refers to Muslim husband, and  MW refers to-Muslim wife.
Here it begins.Tring! Tring! Tring!

MH - As-salamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

The Best Girl.

She is a visible form of love, a marvelous sign of creation and a splendid being of beauty. She is the tallest when she stands, prominent when she sits and the  most truthful when she speaks. She is the one whose anger subsides quickly, who appeases her husband if he is angry and whose laugh is a beautiful smile.

She is rich by her good manners, noble because of her religion and beautiful because of love she gives and receives. She obeys her husband and adheres to her home (goes out only if required or necessary).

She is honored among her people, yet insignificant in her own mind. She is  fertile and fragrant  to her husband, affectionate and passionate towards her children, and  kind and generous towards her subordinates. When she does anything, she does it well. Moreover her faith is unshakeable, honor is unchallengeable, and undeniable are her services.

In short: She is gorgeous but untouchable, precious but unplayable, fragile but unbreakable and simple but unforgettable .

Exclusive example: The best girls are like dates on the trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the simple ones from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the dates (girls) at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.

Awesome analogy: For a fruit to be sweet, it's seed must be good, for the seed to be good it's provison must be  lawful and for the seed to be sown, it's field must be fertile ~ Hamid.

Story Of A Blind Girl.

There was a beautiful blind girl who hated herself just because she’s blind. She hated everyone, except her loving fiance. He was always there for her.She said to her parents that if she could only see the world, she would marry her fiance.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to the beautiful blind girl and then, she started seeing everything. One day Her fiance asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?” The girl was shocked when she saw that her fiance is blind, and refused to marry him.Her fiance walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to girl with the help of his friend, saying. “Just take care of my eyes dear.”

Lesson: This is how human brain changes when the situation changes. Only few fortunate ones remember what life was before, and who’s always been there even in the most painful situations.

Never take someone for granted, Hold every right person close to your Heart because you might wake up one day and realize that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones.

“You learn to love, not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly.”

Note: It's really amazing when two strangers becomes the best friends, but it's really sad when the best of friends become two strangers, so never make somebody your everything, because when they are gone you've got nothing.

True Chivalry.

Back in an age when marriage lasted a lifetime and divorce was not considered a failure of the marriage, but a failure of the self, a learned sheikh was approached by one of his students.

"Oh teacher, we have noticed how your wife is so abusive of you. She has embarrassed you in public countless number of times and never loses an opportunity to insult you. How come you don't simply take your legitimate right and divorce her?"

After a brief moment of silence and deep thought, the teacher looked up at the student and gently responded."My son, if I were to divorce this woman, one of two things would occur. Either she would remain a single divorcee or she would get remarried. In the first case, she would become miserable and lonely and I do not wish to be the cause of her misery. In the second case, she would cause her new husband untold difficulty and I do not wish to be the cause of his misery. And so I have decided it best to take it upon myself to bear the burden of this misery.

He does not waste the reward of the doers of good' (9:120)

Be Easy With The True Lovers.

On the authority of al-Asma‘ī, that he said, “I was once walking in the village when I came across a stone. Someone had written on it:

أيا معشر العشاق بالله خبروا **** إذا حل عشق بالفتى كيف يصنع
O lovers! By Allah, tell me!If a young man is overcome by love, what should he do?

So I wrote underneath it:يداوي هواه ثم يكتم سره **** ويخشع في كل الأمور ويخضع
Let him treat his desire, then conceal his secret and humble himself in every matter and submit (before his Lord)

I returned the next day and I found written underneath it:فكيف يداوي والهوى قاتل الفتى **** وفي كل يوم قلبه يتقطع
But how can it be treated when that desire fights the man and every day his heart is torn to pieces?!

So I wrote underneath it:إذا لم يجد صبراً لكتمان سره **** فليس له شيء سوى الموت أنفع
If he is unable to be patient with concealing his secret then there is nothing for him except death that will benefit!

I then returned on the third day to find a young man lying dead at the stone. I said, ‘Lā hawla wa lā quwwata illā billāhil-‘Alī’l-‘Adhīm!’ and found that he had written before his death:سمعنا , أطعنا , ثم متنا فبلغوا **** سلامي إلى من كان للوصل يمنع

We have heard and we have obeyed; now we have died so tell everyoneMy salām to the one who prevented me from attaining her.

(Narrated by al-Abshīhī in al-Mustatrif, 1/410)

So dear brothers and sisters, next time we give advice to such people, just remember you’re dealing with hearts full of love not vessels full of stone.

"Love is neither disapproved by religion, nor prohibited by the law (shariah) ,for every heart is in Allah's hand." ~Ibn hazm.

When someone falls in love, all rationale goes out of the window, all common sense is discarded, family ties are walked over and best friends suddenly have become the ‘enemy’.

It is a truly desperate state of affairs. “Love” a fragile emotion yet so strong and profound that it takes control of our every sense. ~Abu esa.

MY CHO!CE.

Not mine, but his.Whose? His.Who is he? He is her's. Who is she? She is his's. Oh! Well who are they? They are they.Wait till i say...

There lived a couple who were very rich because of their love, noble because of their characters and beautiful because of their manners. After many years of thier life, one day they set out for the blessed journey to the holy land (bait-ul-haram).On their way, the chubby asked her hubby:Dear I have a strange question in my mind from few days, may I ask you?
He said:Hmm, seems interesting, go ahead and ask please, and know that my answer would not be less amazing. She said: Wow ! That's wonderful then, well if you were asked to select any one of these choices:

1) Me.
2) Kindom of this country.
3) Mountains of gold and silver.

Then what will be your choice? He replied without thinking or blinking: My choice would be purely me i.e you.She inquired with a pleasant smile:Why? Can I get a reason for that, please.
He replied: Well my dear,Listen! I may survive without you, for a year or two, choosing the rest two choices but I may not live without you, even for a day or two.Can I?
Acknowledging his knowledge and wisdom she said bursting out of love and joy: Wallahi, you have said the fact, my love, I love you.Truly my need for you and your's for me is like that of the two wings of a beautiful bird.It can't fly with one but naturally two.

Opinion: I think, in this world everything can be price tagged but not these three: Love,Life and Faith. It's easy to survive but to live is difficult. Many people survive today but only few, LIVE.

She discovered a new sun.

Amazing!!!No! It shouldn't be.You too can discover one day Inshallah. He who seeks, finds. After all research is to see what everyone else has seen but to think what no body has thought.Keep searching and keep researching.

There was a poor man who became a king overnight, by marrying a good,oder-bearing and chaste woman.Slowly but steadily they kept sailing thier boat of life with the paddles of piety and beauty (of love). One fine evening they set out for a picnic to enjoy the joy of nature's beauty and creature's creativity. So they hired a beautiful boat and started sailing and enjoying the magnificent wonders of creation, they were coming across their way.Being faithful they didnt forget to offer the obligatory prayers.
As night was set in,the sky was sizziling with twinkling stars and dazziling with a bright full moon.On thier way back to shore, the bride kept gazing at those tiny and shiny heavenly lanterns,as if she was searching something she have missed.Seeing this her husband asked.O My dear! How long will you gaze at the stars and the moon? As long as i can O my king, replied the wife without looking at him. Then he said with a sigh.Aaah! I wish,If that moon was mine,I would have placed it in your humble hands and if those stars were within my reach,I would have plucked a few for you.Stunned by his extraordinary words and being excited by the love and beauty of his beautiful sigh, she said putting her hands around his neck-Wallahi~How fortunate Im to have you.Truly,I have discovered today, a new sun in my life which shines even during nights, more brightly than it does during the day and also which never sets like the solar sun does.

A word :How true it is,People may not remember exactly what you did, or what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel.

The Plea Of A Poor.

An Incredible Imaginative story.

There was a poor man who had a great amount of wealth of contentment and piety.Though he was poor he was also generous. He had no sons but only a daughter who was as beautiful as the full bright moon. Her personality too was exemplary as she had manners of wise and humilty of poor. Her faith was unbreakble and her courage too was unbreakable. Her father used to work in a beautiful garden of dates and grapes. One day as he was working under the sun he raised his hands and head towards the sky, with tears of fear and hope in his eyes he said these lines ....Neither for palaces nor for gardens.....O Allah !Working im but for my beloved. Please do send me a son(in law) for my dear daughter.Verily you are able to do all things.

No sooner he finished his plea,he saw someone coming towards him who was very charming in appearence and fine in personality too.As he approached him,the man realised that he is none but a young prince. The prince greeted him ,the man welcomed him very courteously and after talking about something the prince asked the man- Dear uncle,do you know what I have come here for?He said-I think you have come for some grapes and dates or to have some cool water. The prince nodding his head said,No! I have come for something better. The man said-May be you want to purchase this beautiful garden. The prince once again nodding his said-No! No! I have come for something much better than that. The man surprisingly inquired the prince-Dear,What better do you see then?Replied the prince-Dear uncle, did'nt you heard of this hadith which says that the whole world is but a provision and the best provision is a pious woman. The man replied.Yes! I heard it and it's true but ....my dear how did you know that I have a daughter?
The prince replied with a sober smile on his face-Well, as I was passing by this garden towards my palace,I happened to listen your tearful plea. When i heard it,i said to myself within myself: Aah! "If this man could be so good ,how better his daughter would be and though Im a prince I cannot be the richest until i get the best provision of this planet".So dear uncle will you accept me as your son(in-law)? The man unable to control his emotions, fell in to prostation to praise and thank Allah Azza wajallah for accepting his plea in no time.

Raising thereafter the man said to the charming prince-Indeed my dear son! Every heart search for its friend/companion and i think Allah(swt) wants my dauhgter to be yours(Queen). The prince face blushed with beautiful smile to hear such fine and faithful words and suddenly he embraced him with love and compassion.

The story ends here but not the imagination,so strech your's now and do the incredible i.e proceed the story yourself as you wish and as long as you can but in an Islamic tone/style/way.All the best for the rest.
