About me

I'm trying to travel my life on the right track (Islam) in the right way (Qur'an) at the right degree (Sunnah) and for the right purpose (Jannah) for I'm a traveller (Musafir) in this world (Duniya) travelling for the next world (A'khira) ~H a m i d .

I'm no more a boy,not yet a man,no more an ignorant,not yet a wise one.

I know not yet, what I'm. ...but  all i can say is that, I'm happy b'coz i have a content heart, cute b'coz smile is my facial attire,Lucky b'coz I have complete faith and trust in my Mighty Master and  Creator who created everything in pairs (Qur'an # 36:36) and Inshallah, I will become Rich on the day when I get the most Precious Provison of this Planet.

I'm tyring hard to be an Active learner,Creative thinker and a Tactive doer.I just need to brush up my knowledge, sharpen my skills, tie up my courage, build up my confidence, fuel up my passion and stimulate the inner self.
My attitude is positude, hope is rope, smile is sweet, appearance is light, mind is tight, intention is sincere but action isn't severe.

Everything I post here is not to show how good I am except just to
share. As I don’t want to expose my sins except for Allah to judge. And
I don’t want to expose my deeds except for Allah to see.

1) The purpose of this blog is to spread Peace,Truth and Love,So let it prevail in every corner of this global village. To share knowledge and wisdom as sharing is half caring. To inspire, to motivate and to spark the flame of faith in the life of  faithless and loveless.

2) To make it a mini source of sawab-al-jariya and a simple way to leave one's  legacy.

3) To remind myslef first and others later from the inevitable reality and the undeniable truth.

4) To fullfil my responsibility of spreading the deen and its teachings, principles, guidelines etc in simple and beautiful way.

My Qualification:

 B.Pharm Graduate.

Words that describe me:

Simplicity, Introvert,  Friendly, Optimistic, Kind etc

Good aspects of my personality

Learning agility,Creativity,and Flexibility.

The sincere person is the one who hides his good deeds just like he hides his evil deeds.(salaf)
Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord and for a garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth prepared for the righteous.

(Sura Baqara ayah:132)

Bad aspects of my personality

And Man was created weak." [sura-an-Nisaa 4:28]
It is human nature to be forgetful, as the Arab poet said:

“He is only called man (insaan) because of his forgetfulness (nasiyaan), and it is only called the heart (al-qalb) because it changes so rapidly (yataqallib).”

In the past they said that the first one to forget (awwal naasin) was the first man (awwal al-naas), meaning Adam, peace be upon him. Forgetfulness is something that varies from person to person according to each individual’s nature; some may be more forgetful than others.

Decrease in one's speech brings wisdom, decrease in one's food brings health, decrease in one's sleep brings worship, and decrease in one's meeting with common folk brings safety. [Umar radi Allah anhu]

The things I would like to change about myself

Talk softly ,walk humbly, eat sensibly, breathe deepley, sleep sufficiently, dress properly ,act fearlessly, work patiently, think truthfully, believe correctly, behave decently, learn practically, earn honestly, spend intelligently, sacrifice regularly, worship compulsorily , take care of parents efficiently , care for neighbours necessarily.

Watch your eye, should it ever reveal to you the faults of others, say to it: "O my eye, other people have eyes too." [Ahmad al Zarruq]

"Take benefit of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free-time before your preoccupation, and your life before your death."[Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam - al-Haakim, al-Baihaqee: Saheeh]

My bad habits

Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get in to,but hard to get out of.
Be shy toward Allah when you are in private in the same way that you are shy towards the people when you are in public. [Ka'ab radi Allah anhu]

"The ailment of the body is in sickness and that of the heart is in sins. A delicious meal cannot benefit the body when the person is sick and likewise, the heart cannot taste the sweetness of worship if it is full of sins." [Dhu'n-Noon al-Misri]

He whose sin is due to desires, then have hope for him.And he whose sin is due to pride, then fear for him-Because Nabi Adam disobeyed due to desire and was forgiven, and iblis sinned due to pride and was cursed.(unkown salaf)

People I admire / My role-models

Mursaleen(the Prophets)
Muttaqeen(the pious)
Saliheen(the righteous)
Siddiqeen(the truthful ones)
Sabireen (the patient ones)
Shuhada (the martyrs)

Things I would like to eradicate from this world

Injustice,Indecency,Immorality,Illiteracy,Ignorance etc.

My Interests

Reciting Qur'an daily, doing zikr in many ways ,reading inspirational, rational articles, stories, quotes etc,Conveying the irrefutable truth of Islam in every possible way I can, collection of good rational stuff.
Listening to  rational Islamic audios, videos, nasheeds and thinking of a'khirah (hereafter).
Writing precious principles, sayings and  quotes, home keeping and blogging of course.

My political views

There can be no Islam without unity. No unity without leadership and no leadership without obedience~ Umar Ibn khattab (r).

My favourite books

Al-Qur'an ,saha sitta ( six true books) Riyaz-us-saliheen,The sealed nectar,The magnificence of Qur'an,Gems &Jewels,Golden decisions,Golden rays, Golden words,Don't be sad, Muhammad bin qasim,These things are also mentioned in Qur'an(Urdu), Quran per amal by Summaiya ramazan (urdu translation) and many more.

Programs /Shows I watch

I have no T.V, My life is my show, I need to work a lot on it to make it better and beautiful, so that i can watch it in hereafter happily.

My Ideal match

I want her to be a virgin who is wise like a married woman,or a married woman who is innocent like a virgin;she should be sweet when she is near, splendid when she is at a distance, she should have knowledge like of teachers, love like of mothers, humor like of children and attitude that of an optimist. If she can't have all those things, then atleast she should have the manners of wise and  humility of poor and her hands should be big (work more) and tongue must be short (speak less).

The most important things I would like to teach my children are (Allah willing)

To read and write,to reflect and act. The book of bliss &blessings, benefits of sunnah, strength of characters, keys of love, objectives of education, mission of a muslim, magnets of motivation, power of patience, skills of speaking, rules of disagreement, tips of thinking,Tricks of teaching and wealth of wisdom.

Goodness is in 5 matters: - Richness of the soul - Desisting from harming others in anyways - Earning halaal  - Taqwa (piety) - And trust in Allah alone.

Salamunalaikum sis samsad. Thanks for reading and for being a regular reader.I read something similar to that more or less in a beautiful book and adopted that style here. Glorified be he who created us in pairs.Everyone one of us will get his/her share, some early, some late.some here itslef and few in hereafter.Ameen @ your beautiful supplication.May it come true for you too. walaikum salam.

Are you salafi? Tableeghi?

Ahmed Abdul Azeem(Hamid) said...

salamunalaikum sis modestmuslimah.

I would like to ask you few questions.Hope you don't mind.

1)what has made you ask this question?

2)What makes one salafi or tableeghi?

3)What decision your mind and heart has made after reading my profile?

Kindly answer these questions.

modestmuslimah said...

1. You had used a quote by a salaf, and since I don't know much about salafi, i wanted to know if you are one so you can explain to me what it is and what their beliefs are. And since you mashallah do a lot of dawah on your blog, it made me wonder if you are tableeghi doing individual dawah to others all around the world, outside the internet world.

2. I don't know much about salafi. By tableeghi, i meant going in jamaat and doing gusht.

3. I don't understand your question.

Ahmed Abdul Azeem(Hamid) said...

well, shukran for answering the first two questions and im sorry for not being able to present my third Q's in a way that u may understand.Anyways for a detail answer you may chek this link http://calgaryislam.com/imembers/FAQ+index-myfaq-yes-id_cat-1.html

Kindly read completely to have a better and clear view of who are salafi.

I do not claim that im doing what you have said, nor i say I'm not doing. What i say is,let the little work of this slave be judged, accepted and rewarded by his master alone.

Samsad Jahan said...
